How long will my order take to receive?
Within the week. Weather permitting, our goal is to turn orders around in 72 hours.
What kind of wood is the firewood?
It is a mix of Red Oak, Live Oak and Post Oak.
About how many fires can I burn with one large stack of wood? We think about 5 good fires per large stack is a good estimate. That's enough s'mores for the whole neighborhood.
What is the delivery fee over 10 miles away?
Ten miles covers quite the radius. But, for every mile over 10, we charge $1 per mile. We like simple math.
How do I know when my order is on the way?
Someone from LBA will contact you. Like the exterminator, we will give you a day & timeframe.
Do I have to be home for the delivery? No, but we need clear instructions and access to where we're stacking the wood. And please put pets in a safe place, as exterior gates will be open while we unload.
Can I pick up my order if I want to? Absolutely. Just let us know that when you order. Pick-up location is less than 1 mile from LHHS. Go Cats!
Can I pay extra to have a small or large stack delivered?
You bet. We like to be efficient covering our ground, but "no" isn't one of our favorite words.
For custom racks, how long will my order take to receive? Between one and two weeks.
What forms of payment do you take?
Cold hard cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal.
We can invoice you electronically, but the customer assumes the 3% credit card processing fee per transaction.
